Diane,
I work at a small hops, maybe 900 births a year.  The hosp has a separate
fridge just for ebm.  It's about the size of the frigde we had in college
(years ago) and it also has a thermometer inside.  It fits the bill for
infection control standards and the moms think it's special.  As for
transport from home, we suggest they bring it in a cooler. Hope this helps!
