I don't know about drops, but I've given a powder version of it to my last three babies and also my grandchildren, when they've been here. I swear by it! It is a powder that dissolves completely. I added it to all supplement that I used in the Lact-Aid for my kids (all adopted). If the baby isn't getting any food other than straight from the breast, she could put small bits of it right into the baby's mouth, or mix it with a tiny bit of EBM or water, and use a dropper or spoon to feed it to him/her. Here's a link. It used to be called Primadophilus for Children, but it's the same thing. http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Way-Primadophilus-Reuteri-Superior-Probiotic-5-oz-141-75-g/4676
