I forget the date of the Main study, but it was a while ago. I think more educated U.S. women that I mostly interact with, want every bit of information they can find to ensure that they will have breastmilk for their babies. Some portion of women when the main trial was done were not so enthused, did not have the Internet at their disposal, were perhaps more likely to say "oh well?"
The moms I am seeing these days have a different attitude, similar to what is seen with the moms with hypoplasia.
