California Goat Snack?  Cohesive Glue Strip?

As a person not resident in the USA I actually have no clue as to what these
letters refer to.  Therefore the entire post is wasted on me.  If we have people
on the list who are unfamiliar with an abbreviation like "ABM" (and, anyway, it
turns out some of us think it abbreviates one set of words, some another), think
how obscure the above must be for some of us!!
