Does anyone have a reference for this or a Medline subject heading suggestion
to look this up?  Part of my job as a new hospital LC is precepting the RN
Lactation Coordinator and would love to have this info while we are
developing our breastfeeding classes.

I think some of you must have heard about this in a lecture - perhaps at an
ILCA cf?
