A stiff nipple like Avent may help for a baby who is curling the tongue, 
if a nipple shield isn't enough to help baby keep the tongue tip down.

I think that most brands have their place. What's important is 
understanding the characteristics of each teat, and choosing according 
to each baby's needs.
