Green milk is a variation of normal.  Mine was almost always sky-blue.  My close friend's milk was nearly always glow-green.  I have heard stories of orange, pink and even black milk.  If the milk is only ever fed directly from the breast, the mother will not even know what colour it is.  Bottom line, nothing to worry about.
