There are dolls made by Lee Middleton that are weighted more like a real baby and flexible. I used to be able to get them through JC Penney catalog but don't know if they offer them anymore. (Maybe Christmas edition when it comes out)
You could I'm sure google her name and find out a retailer near you.

Subject: Dolls

Hello everyone

This is my first post to this list, though I've been lurking and learning for quite
some time now!

Just to introduce myself first. I am a student breastfeeding counsellor with the
National Childbirth Trust in the UK.

I have a question for the group.

Do any of you use dolls in antenatal breastfeeding classes for
demonstration purposes and if so could you share with me what type of dolls
you use and where you bought them? I am especially interested in soft bodied
dolls which have heads that can be tilted back (and obviously I don't want to
buy dolls' bottles, dummys etc.).

The dolls which many of our breastfeeding counsellors have used in the past
are no longer available.

I look forward to your replies off list pease (to avoid being 'commercial' on
list). Thanks in advance and apologies to those in the UK who may have seen
this request cross posted on lists there.

Fiona
