       I am getting more and more calls from pregnant women who will be home
with their babies full time but want a breastpump "in case I have problems."
Also, more calls are coming in from women who are having breastfeeding problems
and are sure all they need is a nipple shield. They don't want a consult,
just the shield. Recently, I was troubleshooting with a woman in person who was
really resistant to follow my advice because she really felt a nipple shield
would solve her problems. Heather
