I have nothing new to add, except maybe vocabulary.  An AAP commitee is 
different from a section.  A committee is made up of nominated and appointed 
members, usually few in number.  Any member of the AAP can join a section.  
(Cool members join the Section on Breastfeeding, one of the largest in the 
AAP.) The Committee on Nutrition and the Section on Breastfeeding do talk.  
They just don't agree.
