Would you post the "recipe" for it here please?  I've only ever heard of 
having to get it from a compounding pharmacy by prescription!!  I'd love 
to see the OTC version... (I'm nursing a 4 week old right now too BTW 
and hope I won't have to use it, but it's good to know about it!)
