(On 18 January, Marianne Vanderveen-Kolkena wrote that she'd located the Cattaneo article, but couldn't access the full text without paying.)

Marianne, can you access it through a local hospital's medical/nursing library, or a university library?  This is how I usually access articles, though sometimes I get the hard copies.  I have library rights, but I've noticed that some of the libraries I use occasionally have members of the public come in.
