Hi Mary, 

There is a video put out by Injoy (I think) called "Bottles to Breast".  It is about how a hospital in Boston became baby friendly and some of the processes that entailed and it has interviews with some of the staff on their initial reactions. Maybe would be good to give you some ideas.
