Breastfeeding.com - a site I love and recommend to moms - had posted a
response to a mom's question about whether it was ok to mix the two. The
response from an IBCLC included "...I don't know how that rumor got
started that you shouldn't mix them, but it just isn't true." So I wrote
to them about my concern and they invited another response. They are now
