Years ago Dr Gail Hertz wrote a small book for breastfeeding management for physicians and other HCPS.  She was inspired while pumping milk for her infant daughter during her first year of medical school  ! She went on to up-date it several times while busy practicing pediatrics.  Unable to continue practicing medicine, due to ill health, Gail gave over the rights to her book to Dr Ann Eglash, who up-dated it in 2017.  This is not a commercial, I have no financial interest in this book, however it is a commercial as I advise you to get one!  Give it to new med students, residents, staff and any one who sees new mother/baby dyads in the first weeks.  I'm pleased to give one to my grandson this Friday as he begins his journey in medical school.  Pat in SNJ
