I received a note to call a breastfeeding mom on the new Enfamil Lipil
notepad shaped like a little bottle. Have any of you seen it yet? The nurse
who handed it to me said "I thought you would appreciate this!" (TIC) Several
of these sticky notes were on the nursery desk. Too bad that I don't have
enough money to buy notepads with breastfeeding mottos to stick all over the
nursery desk! One really nice touch that we have on our unit is a
hand-painted wooden sign that says the "Lactation Consultant is In" on one
side and the "Lactation Consultant is Out" on the other. The sign is visible
to our nursing staff, patients & visitors. It is beautiful--Linda Goldberg,
who is on Lactnet, made it.
