Dear Friends:
    Diane asks interesting questions about plastic wrap  on nipples, a 
self-comfort device invented by a mother she is seeing.
    I have heard that the softer plastics leach  molecules into the 
surrounding environment; I would want a mother to rinse her  nipples before nursing.
    Otherwise, if she is happy and it works, why  not?
