Dr. Hale was my source also.  The mother and I came up with a plan based on
the AHL(1-2 hours), PK(60-90 minutes), and poor oral availability.  The
doctor wanted her to begin with 10mg. every hour for up to five hours until
she urinates on her own.  Then she is to take it three times a day at that
dosage (from 10-50 mg.);  how long, I do not know.  I suggested pumping and
dumping for the five hours plus three for the half life.  She could work all
of this around her husbands work schedule for help.  She was still undecided
whether she would even take the drug late Friday night.
