Hi Pat. I also am a rental station  of pumps. I have two partners in private
practice, and between us we have about 157 pumps. It is a lot to keep track of.


  We never could find the reason for the low BM supply,

I wonder if a situation like this is an example of primary lactation
failure? I also wonder if the stress of having a premature baby can induce a
sort of lactation failure . I recently worked with a mother who delivered at
25 weeks. She never did get any milk...of measurable quantity. She got
drops..up to a few ccs. No more . Ever. ???
