I looked up the same med on Lactmed, the NIH database on medication
safety in lactation. Here is the entry
"No information is available on the use of calcipotriene during
breastfeeding. Because it is poorly absorbed after topical application,
calcipotriene is probably a low risk to the nursing infant and is
generally considered acceptable during breastfeeding.[1][2][3] Ensure
that the infant's skin does not come into direct contact with the areas
of skin that have been treated and do not apply it to the nipple area."

I don't think the original poster ever said if there were lesions to
breasts and nipples...?

Hale's book Clinical Therapy in Breastfeeding Patients has a detailed
entry on management of psoriasis during lactation that might be very
helpful to the client and her dermatologist.
