Even this can be difficult to interpret. There is research evidence that babies will "maladapt" to too fast teat flow by lowering oral tone and letting some milk dribble/drool out so they can better deal with the bolus and protect the airway. How fast (or slow) milk is removed can also depend on teat flow rate.
