I just heard this on the news last night and was shocked.  How sad that all
this had to happen to this poor child.
I live in Rancho Cordova and live close to where this happened.
I also know the LC mentioned.  I disagree strongly with her comments (agree
with Liz) but am not surprised to hear this type of thing from her.
Anyway, sad situation, huh?  And who pays the ultimate price?  Again, the Child.
