I sounds like this mother is most likely developing an anxiety disorder.
Three to four months post partum is when depressive and anxiety disorders
typically start to surface.

Fenugreek is not related to anxiety.  The few that have had asthmatic
responses in my study of the herb were mothers who did suffer with asthma.
I think that a few are simply allergic to fenugreek.

I also doubt that the fenugreek will be effective if the mommy is unable to
express at least seven times each 24 hours.

Sounds like she would benefit from a psychiatric evaluation and perhaps
some medication
