This may end up being a huge endeavor. It will depend on how much time someone is willing to put into running the store and what other resources are available in your area. You will need a phone line, insurance, electricity, advertising, shelves for display, fitting rooms, qualified help, pay taxes, etc. If you plan to rent or sell pumps, check out who else is doing so in your area. Where I live the market is flooded with retail stores, hospitals, internet, and pump dealers all selling/renting the same thing and the prices are depressed (meaning low profits). A store like the needs to be open weekends and late afternoon hours also.
