I too see a lot of bottle use from Hispanic moms.  I don't see them until
they are out of the hospital and the pattern has already begun.  Most of them
seem to go on to breastfeed with little trouble.  Even when they have a
reduced milk supply from too many bottle their milk seems to rebound quite
easily.

Most seem relieved when I tell them they don't need to use the bottles, a few
(usually younger mothers) tell me yes, yes, yes then walk out and give a
bottle.  For me I need to remember to always include the information about
the bottle issue with every mother.
