I read a study not so long ago (now where was that reference?) where
pure, unprocessed honey was put on some wounds, to entirely seal
them. They healed faster than the ones treated the standard methods.
The honey had an antibiotic and protective (stopped bugs getting in)
effect. From recollection the study was done in India.
