Chanita, I have known several people to get tremendous relief from an
acupressure wrist band.  My understanding is you can buy these things at a
lot of health food stores and such.  The package shows exactly where to
place the pressure point on the band for relief.  Most recently my sister
used them and she absolutely swore by them.
