Lynn,  The most I found with a google.com search was the following site
http://www.galtak.com/breastfeed.htm  Unfortunately the almost $20.00 (US
funds) is too unpractical, when you consider the product costs about $5.00
(US funds).

Maybe someone else will have more information on how to obtain in the US.
