I can tell you that it happened in a state that I've practiced in. Since
I've only practiced in Oregon and Calif. that should clue you in. I am in
touch with the mother right now because I think it would be therapeutic for
her to write or at least have me write their story up for sharing (including
details). I know it is frustrating not knowing all the details, but IMHO
not sharing it with LNers at all would have been worse--would it not? BTW,
the mom wanted "formula" listed as the official cause of death, but of
course that didn't happen (hey, we don't even put smoking down as the cause
of death when a smoker dies of lung cancer, do we?)
