How nice to see such a positive article!  This gives us all something to
work on.  Wouldn't it be nice to have breastfeeding expected and see mothers
being taught that their babies need them--in all our practice settings all
over the world.  We need to keep going on our efforts one woman at a time,
but it would be nice if that was the expectation for everyone for at least
the first few days or week.
