i'd want to see her in person or have her seen by an LC. what is her history? were the breasts always uneven like that? if so, then she may indeed have mastitis in the more functional one? why is she always pumping? is the baby gaining well at the 10 wk mark, etc? probably needs a full consutlation.Laurie Wheeler, IBCLC, MN, RN Mississippi, s.e.
