As one of those computer literate people you solicit suggestions from, I
strongly suggest you select "Plain Text" only, not HTML or both.  The
HTML posts increase the total message size and are not readable by all
members, and the "Both" doubles the message, sending both an HTML and
text versions, more than doubling message size (and becoming very
annoying in many email list digests).
