First, you never have to answer "ridiculous" questionnaires from your
insurance company.  It's none of their $%#&(* business.

Second, this mom needs to contact the media.  Most local news stations
have a consumer advocacy reporter.  Wouldn't they just love to get their
hands on this one?:-D
