Does anyone know of a LC or LLL person in Caracus, Venezuala?  Friend of
family (American, English speaking) just delivered infant 6 weeks premature.
Wants to breastfeed, nervous!  I checked in the ILCA directory and it had no
listing for this country, much less the city.
