Oh wise ones, does anyone have a daily dose recommendation for a mother who
doesn't eat fish (lacto-vegetarian) and wants to take Omega 3s in the form
of fish oil capsules?  I don't have this at the tip of my fingers to refer
to at the moment.  If you can cite the literature, that would be useful,
too.
