To all the members in the AAP breastfeeding committee....thank you for
your persistence and courage in addressing the issue of conflict of
interest.  The problem is so pervasive and subtle that it is very easy
for the majority to ignore.  I'm sure you get flack for addressing the
issue in such a visible way.  The problem is so huge in our American
culture.  Thank you for the effort and keep it up...we need you.
