Posting this for Cathy Genna who was over her daily quota when she tried to
send it. Only yours truly fell asleep (!) before it was sent, apologies to
Cathy for that (in my defense I am 6 hours ahead of EST so it was close to
bedtime here :-P )

Another condition to rule out is congenital adrenal hyperplasia. It can
cause the profuse sweating, tachycardia and lowered milk production. The
lecithin may have been a confounder, or it could have caused changes in
mom's calcium or other ion balance which exacerbated the symptoms of CAH.
If she has an unpleasant body odor despite good hygiene, this would be my
first guess.
