Hello and Happy Holidays to all,
I am putting together a session on the WHO Code for a regional breastfeeding conference.  I would love to see the full text of the recent California Assembly bill which would have put provisions of the WHO Code into law in that state.  Can anyone direct me to this?  

The theme of my session will be helping local health care systems understand the WHO Code, with the goal of coming into compliance.  Any other ideas would be welcome!
