Blood in colostrum certainly has the ability to look dramatic.  See
"intraductal papilloma" in Auerbach or Lawrence or Black or Walker or
Smith (I don't remember who does the best explanation, but now that I
think about it, probably all good professional lactation texts cover
it).  Harmless, baby may spit up, should clear very soon.  No
indication for weaning.

This is the most common explanation for what you are seeing.  Assume
it's something common and harmless at this point.
