My goodness, what about the fact that assisting and teaching the mother
to breastfeed her baby and express her milk via pump or manually is A
REQUIREMENT FOR HER POSITION IN THE NICU??? In addition to the
unprofessional behavior, harrassment, poor customer service, rudness...
IT IS PART OF HER JOB. If it is not written in policy and procedures,
then it should be added. This would be up there on top of my to do list
as the LC. There is not way to refuse to be part of any other procedure
or protocol, that would be cause for dismissal??? Would it not?
