BTW, a really good and cheap source of fenugreek is an Indian grocery
store. You can buy a pound for 2-3 dollars. You can then powder it in a
coffee grinder and take it instead of the capsules. You do have to develop
a taste for it though. It is quite bitter. Alternately, you can get empty
capsules and fill them with the powdered fenugreek.
