I had a mother experience a situation very similar to this. Up until the
time she returned to work, there were no breastfeeding problems. She was a
nurse at a hospital and used a double breast electric pump. Although she
tried all of the relaxation techniques, letdown suggestions, she also pumped
less and less milk. She consulted the lactation consultant on staff at the
hospital, but the situation never improved. Much to this mom's dismay, she
had to supplement with Nutramagen (sp?) due to severe milk allergies in the
family. Any other suggestions for this situation for future reference?
