I also would agree that the pumping teacher may have legal legs to stand
on.  Besides Kathleen B's suggestion about power packs, I would offer the
suggestion that the teacher might want to consider pumping in the nurse's
office.  I have had several moms who have pumped together in our local
schools, and the nurse has been encouraging and welcoming.  It's usually
a nice, private, quiet place.
It's also been inspiring to see all the different places moms pump at
Dartmouth Hitchcok Medical Center - I've been a rotating student now on
several floors, and run into nursing nurses everywhere.  Hurrah!
