Dallas Assistant District Attorney April Carter - thinks parents should take
classes and undergo testing - April can likely be reached through the same
contact information as Bill Hill - if not, Bill Hill is her boss and will
get it to her I am sure.

In his report to CPS, Richardson Detective John Wakefield wrote, "I viewed
the photographs and had concern of possible sexual abuse, inappropriate
sexual behavior and possible child pornography from nine [of them]."
