The real joke about the "higher quality milk after longer intervals" is that
Michael Woolridge reports the exact opposite-- the closer the intervals, the
HIGHER the fat content of the milk. Fat is what makes babies feel satiated
more than volume. (just try drinking a big glass of water vs milk and see
how satisfied you feel)  Sounds like someone trusted The Gary Ezzo School of
Breastfeeding again.
