Topical treatment for scabies with Elimite is not a problem with
breastfeeding.  It's not significantly absorbed.  I would just make sure that
it's been washed off the mom's hands & breast nipples before starting nursing.
Elimite is generally applied, left on for several hours, and then showered off
anyway.
