Yes, many women unfortunately have to return to work after 6-weeks 
maternity leave (that is too short, but that's another topic). But those women 
have 6+ weeks to prepare and "deal with this issue". Whether these children 
and infants were rightly removed or not, these dyads were ambushed and 
given no notice to deal with this issue. I agree, that is bullying on the judge's 
part.
