Hi Pat--

The SMB is the *big* Ameda pump, the one from which the Medela Classic was
modeled . I have a vacuumeter, and the SMB is the most powerful pump of
any I have measured....SMB, Classic, Lactina, Ameda Lact-E Lite, PNS, etc.

Thanks for asking about the A**** pump. I was assuming it was the Purely
Yours, since that is the new kid on the block, but it could also be the
Isis. (Isis has had very good reports from clients who have used it....got
a couple of rental pumps back when it first came out b/c clients tried it
and liked it better!)

Juno is off-line so I came in on the Lactnet discussion in the middle (had
forgotten I had another account I'd never used before!) so I am relieved to
know it wasn't just me who was confused!
