Hi Kerri!

It's Reverse Pressure Softening, a useful technique Kermaline Jean
Cotterman explained very well in one of her posts.
Please search the archives for more info on it. You'll find a lot of posts,
but all of them are well-worth reading.
She's so gifted when it comes to explaining breastfeeding/lactation
matters. I enjoy every single posting!
