Hi all-
The issue of fenugreek has come up in another context.  I looked through
my saved posts and seem to find a range of 3- 15 capsules a day being
recommended.  This is a big difference.  I have not yet suggested this to
anyone and now I certainly would like some clarification before I do.
Are there any printed references or articles about fenugreek around?
